Service is at the heart of my life and purpose. Helping people is a passion that drives me. A few years ago, I was searching for a global initiative to be involved in that would merge my business and life experience with innovative development strategies. When I didn't find what I was looking for, I determined to launch Novitas Foundation* – a Non-Profit/NGO focused on International Relief, Innovation, and Sustainable Development.

In just a few short years, Novitas Foundation* has completed a number of humanitarian, sustainable development, educational, and innovation projects throughout South America, Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean. All of this work is done through volunteer efforts and without salaries paid to employees.

With a 100% donation policy, Novitas Foundation* utilizes all public donations in their entirety to fund relief efforts, innovation initiatives, and sustainable development programs providing for those in need and investing in their futures. To cover operating expenses, Novitas Foundation* relies on the support of corporate and private sponsors who make it possible for 100% of public donations to go toward helping those in need.
